Tape worm? Really? Is that what I need?

So, anyone who has a blog has to deal with spam….and most of the time it’s caught before it becomes a comment.
One of my “caught” spams was for a pharmaceutical (sp?) drug, naturally. But it also said, in the subject “selling” line, something like: Xanax? Tape Worm?
Huh. Okay, I know tape worms are supposed to help you lose weight and all….but I’m thinking that’s an *incredibly* drastic measure to go to in order to lose weight.
Seriously, I’m not THAT overweight, am I? ;)
